Mobile Cementing Laboratory
Mobile cementing laboratory, equipped with instruments for testing oil well cement and drilling fluid is mainly designed to suit for oil field environment’ and can be applied to onshore or offshore oilfields. The structure of the mobile lab can resist in the aggressive environment and climate. Whatever in hot desert or on the north sea with cold wind, the lab can work in good situation.
The boundary dimension of the lab is the same as standard container, and also can be customized to design and manufacture per application request.

This Cementing lab House include:
*Cementing Structure Laboratory Equipment Installation (with air-conditioning which should be disposed to cool all the structure, but those that are necessary)
*Office Facilities (computer, broadband, desk,worktable) and Accommodations (double bed, airconditioning, and exhaust fan), also the lab is equipped with telephone lines, broad band, a wardrobe and a ventilator on the wall in the accommodations. Cementing Laboratory differs from the ordinary container mainly from the special design for loading oil-well cementing equipment, which enables the equipment to work shortly after they are transported, and ensure the security of the personnel and equipment. Meanwhile, several humanized designs are added to the Laboratory:
1) Frame and Interior& Exterior Walls
Different from the ordinary container which are usually made up of steel plate, the steel-frame laboratory is set up of U-steel, square chest and angle iron; the corrugated sheet of the exterior walls are twice the thickness of a container, while the interior walls are decorated with strength steel after fixed with the fire-proof sheet. Exterior is skid mounted steel cabin.
2) The Design of Heat Preservation Layer
The heat preservation later is 50mm in every wall of the lab.
3) Office Facilities & daily Supplies
The living room of the lab is equipped with telephone lines, broad band internals, a set of computer desk and chair, a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a 1P air conditioner; the working room has a 1P air conditioner and a ventilator in the wall.
4) Inlet/Outlet Water Pipes
The pressure of the inlet water is 0.2-0.6MPa, and the water pipeline is 1/2” galvanized pipe which is equipped with hardware such as valves and tees. The pipelines should be laid tidily and obviously around the corner of the lab for the convenient for replacement and repair. The arrangement of the pipelines should be subject to the equipment. The main pipeline is 1/2” galvanized steel pipe, with one branch extends to the trough, and the other branch is used for the equipment such as the Consistometer.
5) Arrangement of wires
According to the requirement of the equipment in the lab, a distribution box is equipped in the working room. The inlet wire is made up of copper and is no less than 8 mm2, with the power supply of 220V/ 50 Hz, and an explosion proof plug should be used in the end of the input wire. Equipment of high power adopts the
proposal of “one switch and one protection for each machine” to assure safety. The wires are fixed on the interior walls. Switches and plugs of various powers are installed according to the location of the equipment. Spare switches and plugs are also needed in the appropriate place of the circuit.
6) Arrangement of gas pipelines
The compressed air is provided by a small air compressor. The pipelines are flexible rubber pipes and shall be compression resistant and ageing resistant, and can be controlled by the valves. The compressed air of the HPHT Filter Press is provided by two nitrogen gas cylinders(customer needs to buy local gas cylinders considering the transit safety), which are fixed on the proper place of the interior wall.
7) Operation Platform
Some of the small equipment are displayed and operated on the operating platform and some operation such as sample weighing and slurry preparation are done on the platform, so the surface of the platform makes use of stainless steel as the skin material. The platform is also designed with cabinets and drawers for preservation of the common tools and materials.
