    Introduction

     XBA-201 has two types:XBA-201L (liquid ) and XBA-201S (solid);

     XBA-201 is a polymer product with AMPS and AM as monomers.

     XBA-201’s applicable temperature is 30~120℃(BHCT).

     XBA-201 is not retarded and benefited to cement strength development.

     XBA-201 slurry system is stable and has good compatibility.

     XBA-201 is applicable to semi-saturated brine.

     XBA-201L only can be used through wet mixing.

     XBA-201S could be used through wet or dry mixing.

     XBA-201’s dosage need to be adjusted according to temperature, salinity and cementing requirements.

    Slurry composition

    Fresh water system:API  class G(HSR) 800g , fresh water, XBA-201L  32g(4%) or XBA-201S 12g(1.5%), defoamer 1.2g(0.15%); Slurry density: 1.90±0.02g/cm3(adjusted by adding  water).

    Packaging and Storage

      Packaging: XBA-201L is packed with 25kg barrel, XBA-201S is packed with 25kg bag, or according to user requirements.

      Storage: The packed products should be saved in a dry and ventilated place, avoid rain, moisture, exposure and heat.
