Model TG-112-11 series of the mud cakes clinging factor determining apparatus is a simulation of test analysis equipment, which is mainly used for monitoring the friction coefficient between drilling tool and drilling fluid of wellface in order to select suitable drilling fluid, improve its lubricating property, prevent bit freezing and provide accurate and reliable data for safe drilling.

Model TG -112 – 20 series of the mud cakes clinging factor determining apparatus in an improvement of TG-112-11. It increases air drive strut bar, making pressing force more stable and increase the accuracy of measurement.

TG -112 -30 high temperatures and pressures clinging apparatus measures blocking property of filter cake under normal temperature middle pressure (0.7MPa) and normal Temperature high pressure (3.5MPa). At the same time, it measures blocking property of filter cake under high temperature (170℃ )  high pressure (3.5MPa).
