According to the overall arrangement and activity implementation plan of the company’s 2021 “emergency drill plan for work safety accidents”, a fire accident emergency drill was carried out in the polymer section of the company on September 3, 2021. According to the drill requirements, the production director and the assembly team leader shall command, and each department shall send 2 employees and management personnel to participate in or observe the drill.
This drill simulates fire accidents caused by static electricity during the assembly of cementing test equipment and process; The response link was started in the on-site drill. After receiving the alarm information, the management personnel at all levels of the company quickly gathered. According to the on-site fire assessment, the emergency commander Zang Yunfu immediately launched the on-site emergency response plan for fire accidents in the polymer DSP section of the company and went to the site to give instructions. The emergency team members shall cooperate with each other, increase the number of personnel on site, make every effort to deal with the initial fire risk, block the warning accident site, count the evacuated personnel, and implement road traffic control. It was confirmed on site that the fire risk had been extinguished, no one was injured or trapped, and the drill was successfully completed.
The fire accident emergency drill took 1 hour to complete, and all the set drill subjects were completed one by one, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting actual combat with drill and taking preventive measures. Through the drill, the participating employees and managers mastered the on-site disposal methods and escape skills in case of fire at the production site, enhanced the employees’ fire safety awareness and self rescue and mutual rescue skills, and implemented the fire safety education of our company.
