Description And Primary Function:
XBA-33S is A Super-Fine And Non-Crystal Particle. It Absorbs A Great Amount Of Water In Cement Slurry To Fill The Pore In It. It Also Has A Relatively High Reacting Activity To Improve The Viscosity And Yield Point Of Cement Slurry. It Helps The Cement Stone To Achieve Good Compressive Strength Quickly And Prevent Its Later Compressive Strength Recession Under High Temperature. It Also Lower Shrinkage Of Cement Stone And Improve The Overall Performance Of Cement Slurry.
Secondary Effects:
When Add Certain Amount Of XBA-33S,The Cement Slurry Will Has Thixotropy To Prevent Gas-Channeling, And The Interfacial Interaction Is Improved Obviously. It Helps To Control The Fluid Loss And Reduces The Permeability Of The Cement Stone. It Also Can Be Used To Formulate The Pre-Flush Of The Base Fluid.

It Is Compatible With Other Additives, Adapt To All Kinds Of Water.
Method Of Application:
XBA-33S Dry Mixed In Cement Or Mixed In Water.
Packing And Storage:
Packed With Paper Or Other Special Industrial Package For Powders. Store In A Cool Place, Avoid Putting Together With Other Materials. Keep It Away From A Long-Time Direct Sunshine, Ignition Sources And Heat. Two Years Of Storage Period. If Overdue, Need To Retest Before Use It.
Precautions:
Wear Appropriate Protective Clothing And Safety Gloves. Avoid Inhalation. Do Not Contact With Eyes, Skin And Clothing. When It Contacts Skin And Eyes, Rinse With Clean Water For 15 Minutes. If Inhaled, Move To Fresh Air. If Swallowed, Immediately Wash Out Mouth With Warm Water And Call A Physician.
