Technical service for our valued customer in South America
In late July, 2025 our international technical engineer came to South America for after sales service. Customer ordered and received a few key test equipment for cementing analysis and test, including HTHP curing chamber, UCA, SGSA, circulating water bath, stirred fluid loss and pressurized mud balance, etc. In 3 days after test equipment arrival to customer’s lab, our engineer also reached the same lab. Despite the fatigue of 30 hours journey, he immediately threw himself into work of installating and commissioning test equipment.
During 3-day service work, our engineer completed the installation and test for all delivered equipment, meanwhile, fully trained customer’s operators to operate and use these instruments, and further let customer know how to maintain test equipment. Finally Customer give full recognition to our service work.
